Once upon a time, when my best friend and I were about 12-13 years old. We were perusing the internet when we stumbled upon a shady looking website advertising a “moonbow”. Not only was did it have such a cute name, but it was one of the only moonbows in the world. We vowed that when we were old enough to drive, we would behold this sight - found at Cumberland Falls, Kentucky. Well, life got in the way and taking a drive from California to Kentucky was more work that we expected. It wasn’t until a little over a decade later that we managed to complete our “pilgrimage”.
