Recipe: Sugar Free Snickerdoodle "Blondies"

Ingredients:
* 2 Cups Flour
* 1 Tsp Baking Powder
* 1/2 Tsp Salt
* 3/4 Cup Unsalted Butter
* 2 Tbsp Vanilla
* 1 Cup Sweetener (ex. Swerve)
* 2 Eggs
* 2 Tbsp Sweetener (to Spinkle)
* 4 Tsp Cinnamon (2 in batter and 2 to sprinkle)
* 1 Bag Sugar Free Chocolate Chips
Directions
1) Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt - set aside.
2) Cream the butter, vanilla, sweetener, and eggs together in a mixer. When mixed, it should have a visual resemblance to oatmeal.
5) Slowly add the dry to the wet ingredients.
6) Once throughly mixed, add chocolate chips and cinnamon in at the lowest mixing setting.
7) Remove half the mixture and place in a baking tin, spread out so it’s about a half a centimeter to a centimeter thick. Atop, sprinkle half of the cinnamon and sweetener.
8) Make a second layer on top of the first (step 7) the same way. (TIP: It’s easier to dollop a bit of dough in segments and spread it than one large dollop to spread across the whole thing.
9) Bake in the oven for 22 minutes. Cool and Cut. Then package or serve!
